PRICE AND COMPARABLE LISTINGS
J.D. Power lists a value of approximately $135,000 before options. Most comparable asking prices I’ve seen are in the mid-$120,000s and higher, including some coaches without the bunkhouse floor plan.
My asking price is $114,888.
