Some RV buyers specifically look for the older Monaco coaches because of the construction and equipment used during this era.
This 2002 Monaco Windsor 40PBDD is owned by a friend of mine who is one of those buyers. He has always preferred these older, higher-end Monaco coaches for features such as the 1-piece fiberglass roof, side-radiator chassis, solid wood cabinetry and heavy-duty construction.
His needs have changed, so he has decided to sell this Windsor.
Recent Use & Maintenance
The coach has been driven approximately 2,000 miles on two recent road trips, with each trip being approximately 1,000 miles. It completed both trips without issue.
It was also recently used for a 4-day off-grid dry camping trip, during which the Onan diesel generator ran continuously without issue.
The owner keeps a binder containing maintenance records with the coach.

Items Disclosed Up Front
The main patio awning was fully functional during the owner’s last camping trip. While retracting it, however, one of the awning arms appears to have bent. The owner was able to get the awning back into the travel position and disconnected it.
Vacation To Go RVs has not diagnosed or repaired the awning assembly.
The dash A/C works but required refrigerant before the owner’s last trip. It has not been further diagnosed and is being sold as-is.
